When performing a Product Multiple Stock Transfer, the error above is appearing, even though the Decimals in Quantity, Decimals in Cost, and Decimals in Price values are set correctly in Product Options (Setups, Products, Options, Product Options, Options tab, Field Options task area).
To resolve this error, follow the steps below:
Confirm your Attaché Program directory. See: Attaché: Find Attaché technical information.
In Windows File Explorer, from the program directory folder, navigate to the SCREEN\PRODS directory.
Find your existing XFERDCKT.SPF file in this directory.
Right-click on the file and choose the Rename and rename the file to XFERDCKT.SPF.OLD.
Download and replace the renamed template in the SCREEN\PRODS directory with this version of the template: XFERDCKT.SPF.
Re access Products, Transactions, Transfers, Multiple Stock Transfer - Create screen and the error should no longer occur.
