If you can't log in to MyPay, try the Forgot Password link on the MyPay login screen to reset your password, you could be experiencing a few issues:
You don't receive the password reset email.
You are attempting to log into MyPay with the incorrect account/email address or,
You are attempting to log into MyPay with an email address that is NOT registered.
If you don't receive the password reset email
Check your email junk folder.
Your server may be blocking the email. Add [email protected] to your safe senders list. (Use Google or your preferred search engine to find instructions for your particular email service).
To check that you are using the correct email address, or the email address you are using is registered
Attaché Support can check your details to confirm you are using the correct email address.
If you are an employee trying to access your Pay Advices, Contact Attaché telephone support.
If you are a Payroll Officer calling on behalf of an employee, you can also raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
Provide:
your contact details.
The email address you are using to log into MyPay.
Your first and last name.
The support engineer who handles the case can advise accordingly.
