There is a setting in Attaché that allows you to disable editing in a company. If you need to turn this feature off, follow the steps below.
Firstly, check if you have access to File, Set up and delete companies on your user login. If not, you will need to sign in as supervisor, or a user with supervisor access. If nobody currently has supervisor access, see: Expire and Reset the Attaché Supervisor Password.
When you have access to File, Set Up and Delete companies and select the required company that you need to enable access to edit.
Set the Disable edit functions checkbox to No.
If a comment was added when disabling the edit functions in the company, choose Notes (F4) and delete the message
Choose Accept (F9) to save.
