This error typically occurs is when someone has intentionally blocked your access to the company. In this instance you will need to check with your supervisor as there may be reasons for this.
It can also occur when an archive is currently running, or an archive has failed with an error code: 133: extended error code - 0.
To remove the block on accessing a company
Log in to another company as Supervisor or ask someone with Supervisor access rights.
Go to File, Setup and Delete Companies.
Select the company that the user is being block from.
Untick the Block User Access tick box.
If a comment was added when blocking the company, choose Notes (F4) and delete the message.
Choose Accept (F9) to save.
