Attaché: Hide or restrict company data from Attaché users

From within Attaché, File, Set Up and Delete Companies, supervisors can determine which companies are available to a user on the Companies List at sign-on. If a company is not available to a user on the Companies list, then they have no access to (or knowledge of) that company.

In addition to completely restricting access to a company, you can temporarily or permanently block access to a company and/or disable editing in a company. For example, you might want to block access while you are carrying out maintenance tasks, such as a period end and special maintenance. You can also apply password levels so that these restrictions apply only to certain levels of users.
