By default, a user's menu access is determined by the selection entered at New Company Menu Access in File, Maintain Users, Maintain. However, the Menu Access Rights function allows you to control which users can access particular menus or tasks. Only a supervisor should have access to this function and only a supervisor should be able to change the access rights of other users. for more information, see: Attaché: Setting up and managing users help and user guide.
📌Note: To completely exclude a user from a company, make it unavailable to the user on the Companies List. For more information see: Hide or restrict company data from Attache users.
When access rights have been set up or modified, they are activated the next time the user signs on and accesses the company. Menus will reflect the new access rights. For example, if a user has been denied access to a module, for example Suppliers, it will no longer appear on menus.
