Attaché: Confirm that Attaché archive data has restored successfully

After performing a restore of an Attaché data archive, you should get a message stating 'Company Restore Complete' within the Restore from the Archive task screen. Click Close and then exit the Attaché Restore task screen.

The Attaché company screen will then close, and you may be prompted to take an archive again of your company. You can click No to this message. You will be taken back to the Attaché login screen.

To check the data has been restored back to the state you require:

  1. Log back into the restored company.

  2. Go to Payroll, Masterfiles, Employee Details, Enquire.

  3. Select an employee code and click Enter, and then click the Income (F2) button.

  4. From the Year to Date area, double-click on the Value column for Normal time. This will bring up the list of pays currently for the selected employee.

  5. Check the most recent pay number/date to confirm it is the correct pay/date.
