Re-instating an employee requires the assistance of our Support team. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article if you need to:
Re-instate an accidentally deleted an employee in Express Leave.
Re-instate an that employee has been re-employed in the same financial year.
Re-instate an employee has been set up in Attaché Payroll but has not synced/integrated to Express Leave.
In the case description, please provide the following:
The Employee Code and Employee Name.
The Email Address that the employee will use.
📌Note: this email has to match the Attaché Online Email Address listed in the Attache Payroll Employee Masterfile, Online Services tab.
The Express Leave company they belong to.
