If you are experiencing an issue where super payments are not displaying in your Generate Super Payment tab (Payroll, Process Payroll, Payday Super, Super Payments), start troubleshooting by performing the following steps below.
Check the filter settings in the Generate Super Payment tab
If you currently have any filters selected, click on the Clear Filters link.
The filters will then be removed.
If you are still not seeing any payments displaying, run a check in the Super Payment History tab that you have not accidently generated a super payment batch already. You can re-generate the batch if required.
If you have checked the steps above, check your superannuation setups as per the section below.
Check the Setups of your Superannuation Contributions.
Check that your super guarantee contributions are set up correctly.
