The Page Font in forms designer is the default font you assign to a particular form. You may want to update the page font for a form in Attaché Forms designer you can do so for some or all of the fields and labels on the aforementioned form. See the example below to do this.
Change the Page Font on a form
This applies to any form in Attaché Forms Designer, but using the example of a customer invoice:
Go to Setups, Customers, Forms Designer, Invoice.
Right-click on a blank space on your form and the Page Setup window will appear.
Click on the Font button in the Page Font task area.
Select the required font settings, then click OK. This saves the Page Font.
Click OK back in the Page Setup window to save the changes.
You can view how the form looks by clicking the Print icon.
Select the printer or select nothing to use your default printer. 📌Note: you can select your PDF printer to print it in PDF form if you have one set up.
In the Test Print Options task area, select Print Sample (do not show borders).
Click Test Print and view the output of the form from the printer.
If all looks ok, click the Save icon to save the changes.
Select multiple fields and text box labels to change their font
On the form, select multiple required fields or text box labels by holding down the Ctrl key then clicking each field where you want to update the font.
Right-click over the selected fields and the Properties - Multiple Items window appears.
Select Use Page Font and any other properties you want to include from the Font Selection task area.
Click OK to save the changes.
Follow the steps 6 and 7 in the section above to do a test print and save the changes on the form.
