If you have more than one payroll company in your Attache Online Organisation then they will both feed into the same Express Leave company.
Express Leave does not support syncing multiple employee profiles when they share the same employee code, even if they belong to different Attache payroll companies or have different email addresses.
The employee code must be unique for each profile if the same employees appear in more than one company, in order for the sync to succeed.
To enable Express Leave to sync the 'same' employee profiles 'from different companies':
Update the employee records in Attache so that each employee profile has a unique employee code (e.g., 1001 → 1001A and 1001B).
After updating the codes, re-sync the Express Leave balances: log out and back into Express Leave as an administrator or HR Manager user, and the balances will resync.
Once the employee codes are unique, Express Leave will correctly sync both profiles from multiple Attache payroll companies.
