Attaché Accounts: General Ledger Custom Financial Reports do not display, or Report layouts are missing for some users

If you can access the Custom Financial Reports menu, but have no Report Layouts

If you can access General Ledger, Reports, Financial, Custom Financial Reports, but do not have any selections from the Report Layout Name field, it means that the user logged on to Attaché does not have access to the layouts currently. The custom financial reports are user specific.

To give access to other users, you will need to copy from user that currently has these to another. To do this:

  1. Sign onto the company where you want to access Custom Financial Reports.

  2. Go to Tools, Company, System, select Copy User Options.

  • In From Username, press F2 to find user that has these reports.

  • In From Company, Press or Click Find (F2) to find the Company where these reports are stored.

  • In To Username, Press or Click Find (F2) to find user needing copies of these reports.

  • In To Company, choose company where user needs these reports.

  1. In Options to Copy, check the following:

    • Report Options.

    • GL Financial Reporter reports.

  2. Click Accept (F9) to complete the process.


If you cannot access the Custom Financial Reports menu

Change the required user's menu access rights to be able to access that menu.
