Attaché: Error messages when running reports in Cloud Hosted Services environment

If you receive any of the following errors running reports in your Attaché Cloud Hosted Services environment:

  • Attache "Error in saving the report layout: Access to the path 'D\Apps\Attache\DevxcReports\GLTrialBalance.repx' is denied".

  • Attache: "Error in saving the report info metadata: Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

  • Error:"Failed to get file received acknowledgement from remote desktop client!"

This is an issue that will have to be resolved by support. Please contact support via MyAccess portal and reference the title of this article.
