Attaché: Alex BizDocs outbox is empty and not showing any sent Alex documents

If your Bizdocs outbox is empty, you may not have the correct Alex senders email address linked to their BizDocs outbox and as a result it's not showing the sent documents. To resolve this:

  1. Log into Attaché Online.

  2. Cliick the 9-dot menu at the top left of the Attaché Online home screen.

  3. Click the icon for your BizDocs Outbox.

  4. Click the Outbox Setup tab. This tab shows the sender email address(es).

  5. Check that the required senders email address exists.

  6. If it doesn't exist, click Link a new email address.

  7. Enter the address and then click Add Email. The email is now added.

  8. Go back to the Document Outbox and check you can see the emails now.
