To resolve this problem, try the following:
Check if screen scaling is set to above or below 100%. Usually this happens with users that have high resolution monitors or need larger text for eyesight reasons.
Set screen scaling compatibility on the Attache Shortcut to be by Application (Right Click, Properties, Compatibility, Override high DPI scaling behaviour (Scaling Performed by Application).
Or, adjust screen scaling to be 100%.
Clear the contents of Windows Temporary and AppData/UserProfile folders.
Windows Temporary folder: C:\Windows\Temp.
AppData/Userprofile: To locate this folder, click on Start and type %temp%.
If the above solutions are not successful, get the Systems IT administrator to recreate the windows profile for that user.
Ensure the default printer is a regular A4 printer.
Default printers with small lines per page, or scaling will cause Attaché to print to that format. Attaché picks the print settings from the default printer, for example, a label printer with 10 lines / page.
