Attaché: Documents are not printing to the desired output device in Alex Document Delivery

To solve this issue, you may need your system administrator. You will need to access the Attaché Database Server location.

To change the default printer for printing documents that are being sent via Alex document delivery:

  1. Locate the applicable print settings file in the Attachserver\Data\[Company Name].dbs folder.

  2. Rename the applicable dat and idx files depending on the documents affected. For example, for customer invoices, the files are RPT_OIPRNTCI.dat and RPT_OIPRNTCI.idx.
