Attaché Cloud Hosted Services: disconnects randomly throughout the day

If you are experiencing an issue where your Attaché Cloud Hosted Environment disconnects randomly throughout the day, check your Sleep settings on your computer as per the steps below.

  1. Click the Windows Start Button in the bottom left of your Windows screen.

  2. Search for Edit power plan.

  3. When it finds the app from the search results, click Edit power plan to open the Edit Plan settings window.

  4. Change the On Battery and Plugged in field values on the Put the computer to sleep line to Never.

  5. Select Save changes.

  6. Back in the Edit Plan Settings window, Select Change advanced power settings.

  7. Set the Turn off hard disk after value to Never both On Battery and Plugged in and click Ok to save the changes.

  8. Back in the Edit Plan Settings screen, click the Save Changes button to save the changes.
