Attaché Payroll (Australia): Single Touch Payroll validation error "Income type code is Invalid"

To resolve this issue, you will need to re-sync Income types to STP from the STP Setup, Income Types menu, and then refresh the STP batch.

  1. From your Attaché Online org, go to STP Setups, Income Types.

  2. Click Sync Income types from Payroll.

  3. Go back to Single Touch Payroll and re-open the batch.

  4. Click the Resync Batch button, then choose Run Update. The batch should then change to 'Ready to Submit' Status.
