Before you begin the upgrade process:
Temporarily disable any antivirus software to ensure it does not interfere during the upgrade.
Downloading files
Refer to this knowledge article to download Attaché Pro: Attaché PRO version 3.2.5.3 (June 2020).
Upgrading Attaché Pro
The upgrade needs to be done on the server, or where Attaché Pro installation currently resides/is hosted.
Ensure all users are logged out of Attaché Pro.
Download the Attaché Pro installer file
Once it is downloaded, Right-click on the file and select Run as administrator.
Click Next to start the installation and follow the upgrade wizard.
When the installation is complete, choose Finish to close the Install wizard.
Log into Attaché Pro, check the software has been upgraded to latest version, and check the data is correct.
