If an Attaché report is not displaying the correct data based on the selections and filters applied, or is displaying a blank page instead of data, follow the steps below:
Close and re-run the report, checking first that the report parameters/filters are correct. If the report is still displaying the incorrect information, go to step 2.
From the Output tab of the report, click Clear(F7) to clear the saved report parameter selections, and then close the report
Re-open the report and run it again. Ensure that:
Your report filters are correct.
You un-tick Current Period Only if the report is period based and you want information to display outside the current period.
If this does not solve the issue the report template may have a corruption. in this instance, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
