Extension to this error: "You have reached the maximum. For details about increasing the maximum, please contact your Attache consultant."
Attache shows zero licenses for a newly setup workstation.
This error is due to permissions on the Attaché Installation directory. Attache requires all user who have access to the software must have full read and write permissions on the folder one level above where the Attache application is installed to.
For example: AttacheBI installed to D:\Apps\Attache - the users must have full read and write permission to the folder D:\Apps. For other users to be able to access Attache from their workstations the D:\Apps folder must be shared using Windows properties for the folder.
The workstations must have the mapped drive pointing to the D:\Apps folder.
