Attaché Payroll: Onboarding Employees show with a Pending status

This issue can occur when the employee has completed the onboarding details, but when the STP/Organisation Administrator user attempts to create the Employee Masterfile from the completed onboarding request, the Attache Database Service was not running correctly. The result was that the Create Employee Masterfile process did not complete, and as such the onboarding request remained in Pending status.

To resolve this issue

  1. Restart the Attache services on the Attache server. See Restart or check the Attaché API and Database services are running.

  2. Once completed, Refresh or relog back into to Attaché Online, Employee Onboarding, and check, re-run the Create Employee Masterfile process to confirm it is now working correctly.
