See the steps below for completing an employee onboarding request form, and creating an Employee Masterfile after the employee onboarding request has been submitted by the new employee.
Complete a new employee onboarding request form
Your Payroll Officer will send you an Employee Onboarding request email. Click the green Join Organisation button to comments the onboarding process.
You will be prompted to create a password. Enter your password and click the Log in button.
Step 1: Once logged in, enter your Personal, Contact and Emergency Contact details in Step 1 screen of the onboarding process.
Step 2: Enter your TFN declaration details.
Step 3: Select and/or enter your Superannuation details.
Step 4: Enter your bank Account Name, BSB, and Account Number, and Personal Email address.
Step 5: Download the link to the Fair Work Information Statement, read it, and click the checkbox to confirm you have read and understood it.
Step 6: Review and Submit the Onboarding form. Note: you can click the Change link in each step to edit any incorrect information entered.
Once you submit your information you will be taken to your dashboard page in the Attaché Online Organisation, where you can view your details in the My Info section, see other employees in the Employee Directory, and view the Org Chart if you have one set up. The information you have entered will then be available to your Payroll Officer to set up an Employee Masterfile for you in Attaché Payroll. Your information will automatically sync between Attaché Online and Attaché Payroll.
