Attaché payroll: Change an employees pay rate

Generally, changes to employee details are made in the Masterfile. This includes changes for pay rates. This change is made on the Pay Details page of the Masterfile.

To Change the Pay Rate on the Employee Masterfile

  1. Go to Payroll, Masterfiles, Employee Details, Maintain.

  2. Select the Employee Code.

  3. Move to the Pay Details page.

  4. Find the Normal Rate or Award rate (f you are using award rates) and make changes as needed.

Check the Standard Pay is reflecting the change

  1. Go to Payroll, Masterfiles, Employee Standard pay, Enquire/Maintain.

  2. Select the Employee Code.

  3. Accept to move to the timesheet screen.

  4. Check the new rate is displaying on any Income lines.
