Attaché Payroll: Change the pay rates for all Employees who are part of a Group

In Attaché Payroll, you can set up employee groups so that you can make changes easily that apply to a group of employees, such as pay rate rises etc.

To change the pay rates for an Employee that belongs to a group;

  1. Go to Setups, Payroll Employee Groups, Maintain.

  2. Select the Group.

  3. Change the Pay Rate.

  4. Click Accept (F9).

    📌Note: An employee group is applied to an employee from Payroll, Masterfiles, Employee Details, Maintain, Pay Details tab, then set the required group from the Employee Group field.
