If you are experiencing the error above when attempting to open Express Leave from Access Evo via the Access Evo Button, Products, the issue is occurring because one of the scenarios below:
You have not previously had an Express Leave company set up:
If this is the case, please see: Create and setup a new Express Leave company.
You have (or think you have) had an Express Leave company set up but have never used it:
For this scenario, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. In the case record, please provide:
The name of your Express Leave company (if you know it).
The VIP number. To locate your VIP number, see: Find Attaché technical information.
If the Express Leave setup was never completed, also refer to the Create and setup a new Express Leave company above.
You have an Express Leave company set up, but you have never accessed it:
If you have never been sent a welcome email by the Express Leave Administrator to log in and set up a password, see: Create a new user in Express Leave. You will need to ask your Express Leave Administrator to send the Welcome email.
