Using Attaché Copilot, you can ask questions of Access Analytics, Evo Docs (from Access Collaborate) and Express Leave using the related Evo Skills. Skills are the preset knowledge areas available to each user based on their products and permissions.
The Copilot Skills in Attaché Evo include:
Analytics Skill: Queries your Attaché Accounts and Payroll data via the Access Analytics program.
Evo Docs Skill: Queries documents in Access Collaborate. Note: You first need to have documents in collaborate. See: Upload and download documents in Access Collaborate.
Express Leave Skill: Directly queries your Express Leave company database(s).
To ask a question in Copilot
Click the Access Button.
Click the Copilot menu link.
The available Evo skills are displayed.
Click the required Skill. The Preview screen will display, and a short description of the Skill will display, along with some sample questions.
Type your question in the Write your message... text box and click Enter or the Arrow icon.
Copilot creates an answer.
You can continue to ask questions to refine the results or add additional information.
To start a new question, clear the current conversation by clicking the New Topic button.
To go back to older conversations, click the Topic History button.
