When using the Disk File Entry feature in Attaché you may experience the error above in the following circumstances:
The PAYTSHT.INP import file has not been placed in the Attaché Resource Location
PAYTSHT.INP import file name is incorrect, or there is an added extension on the file, e.g., PAYTSHT.INP.TXT.
To resolve this issue:
Ensure the file is placed in the Resource Location. If the file cannot be found in the Resource Location folder location, you may need to re-export if from the 3rd party software origin. Note: To confirm the correct Resource Location, navigate to Tools, Company, System, System Status, and note the Resource Location field contents.
The file name must be 'PAYTSHT.INP' exactly. Change the file name to be PAYTSHT.INP, or the file name may have an added extension on the file (e.g. PAYTSHT.INP.TXT) or the file name is otherwise incorrect.
📌Note: Make sure in the Windows Explorer, View tab, the option 'File Name Extensions' is ticked to display the file extensions.
