If you are Previewing a report in Attaché and then exporting the report to PDF and the full data is not displaying on the page, you can adjust the page margins from the report output screen to resolve this.
From the report you are running, go to the Output tab.
Go to the Margins task area. Enter the margins required and then print the report to see if this resolves the issue. For instance:
Enter the Top, Right and Left margins as 1cm
Enter the Bottom margin as 1.25cm.
Preview the report and then Export to PDF.
Adjust incrementally if it is still not correct to get the result you require. Note: When it is printing correctly you can use the Save (F5) option to save the settings for later use.
