You can pin hosted or local folders that you use often -- for example to manage archives or download reports -- so that you can access them quickly without navigating through File Explorer each time.
To pin folders located on the cloud-hosted server
On the hosted server, launch File Explorer via the Start menu or your usual shortcut.
Navigate to the folder you wish to pin, for example, the Attaché Archive folder located in D:\Apps\AttacheDesktop\Archive.
Click Home on the menu at the top of the File Explorer screen.
Click the Pin to Quick access button.
The Archive folder is now displayed under the Quick Access menu every time you launch File Explorer.
To pin folders located on your local computer
On the hosted server, launch File Explorer via the Start menu or your usual shortcut.
Navigate to the redirected C:\ (or other) drive from the local computer. (You can also do this by via This PC instead of using the quick access menu.)
Left-click to highlight the folder you want to pin.
Click Home on the menu at the top of the File Explorer screen.
Click Pin to Quick Access.
The folder will now be displayed under the Quick Access menu every time you launch File Explorer.
To unpin folders from Quick Access in File Explorer
On the hosted server, launch File Explorer via the Start menu or your usual shortcut.
Click File on in menu at the top of the File Explorer screen.
Click the pin icon for the folder you wish to unpin.
Refresh File Explorer to see that the folder you unpinned is no longer listed.
