There are different ways to fix this issue. We suggest you try these in order:
Restart the API service
Have all users exited from Attaché.
On your server console, click the Windows button, and type Services.
Click on the Services App to open it up.
From the list of Services, find the Attaché API Service.
Right-click and choose Restart.
Once it has restarted, please test the F11 button.
Change the list wizard to the default setting
Open the List Wizard.
Click on Show Default Columns.
Close the list wizard window and test the F11 button.
