To disable User Account Control in Windows:

Click the Start icon, type Control Panel.

Click Change User Account Control settings.

1. Click the Start icon, type Control Panel. 
2. Click Control Panel to open it up.
3. Click User Accounts.
4. Click Change User Account Control settings.
5. Move the Slider to Never notify.
6. Click OK.
