If the user has been created/onboarded, but has not accepted, did not receive or cannot locate, the organisation invite email
As a current organisation Administrator, go into Employees menu, and search for the employee in question.
Click once on the employee name link to open the Employee record.
Click the green Person icon.
Click the Cancel Invite button.
Once done, the button changes to the Grant User Access button. Click this and it will resend the invite email, and the User Status of the employee will change to Invited.
Once the user gets the 'You have been invited' email, they click the Join Organisation button in body of the email and it will then direct them to a page to set a password, and once this is done the user should have access to the organisation.
If when the employee accepts the invite, you get a message "Invite no longer valid"
Click the green Person icon.
Click the Revoke Access button.
Once done, the button changes to the Grant User Access button. Click this and it will resend the invite email, and the User Status of the employee will change to Invited.

If the user has been created/onboarded, but has not previously logged into Attaché Online
As a current organisation Administrator, go into Employees menu, and search for the employee in question.
Click once on the employee name link to open the Employee record.
At the top right of the screen click the grey Person icon.
Click the Grant User Access button. This will send an invite email to the employee and once the employee logs in they will then have access to the online organisation.
