Set up Attaché Evo
To use Attaché Evo, you need to first connect your Attaché desktop data to the Access Evo platform. You may need your system administrator or IT professional to assist with this, or you can request a consultant as a chargeable service ($250 ex GST). Once connected, you'll bring in your team so that everyone can start using Evo.
Note: These instructions apply when Attaché is installed on your own local server. If you use Attaché on Access Workspace or Attaché Cloud Hosted Services (CHS), ask us how to connect.
Join the Access Evo platform: Your Evo Administrator needs to launch Access Evo and follow the Forgot Your Password process to set up their Access Evo password. (This won’t impact any Attaché passwords.)
Connect your data: Follow these steps to connect your Attaché data to the Access Evo platform. You may need your IT administrator to do this.
Bring in your team (Evo Administrator):
Start using Attaché Evo
You and your team can now start using Attaché Evo. Let's start with Copilot. Copilot lets you ask questions about your Attaché data and other information sources, called skills. Why not give it a try now?
Log in to Access Evo and click the Access Button.
Click Copilot and then click the ATO Search skill that queries the ATO website.
Type in a question, for example, How do I change my ABN with the ATO?
Copilot answers. You can continue the conversation by asking follow-up questions if you wish.

Spaces - curated dashboards
Spaces are collaborative environments that enhance teamwork and organisation. You can create customised dashboards to suit your needs so you can track your progress from every angle, with dynamic overviews and relevant applications that keep everyone moving forward.
Feed - personalised tasks and notifications
Feed consolidates data from your Attaché system into intelligent alerts and notifications personalised to what is important for you and your role. Feed manages your priorities to keep you focused on what matters most. You can launch Feed from the Access Button in Access Evo or in Express Leave.

The Access Evo platform includes a range of products including Collaborate, Learning Lite, Analytics and many more. (Note that the products available to you depend on your Access Evo plan: Base, Standard or Advanced.)
