If there are two or more batches with a status of 'ready to submit' that were processed LATER than your last ATO Confirmed Batch, this message will show when you open the batch:
Follow the process below to resolve this issue:
Each batch that is newer than the oldest Ready to Submit batch will display the message above. Open each of these batches, and from the Options button, select Mark as Not Required.
Repeat this process for each batch until you get to the oldest Ready to Submit batch, then Sign and Submit this batch.
Click into each batch you marked as not required, and select the Options button, Reinstate batch, starting from the oldest to newest, and submit each one that needs to be submitted. The batch will then change back to Ready to Submit, or its former status. Note: You will need to wait until the previous batch is in ATO Confirmed status before you can submit the next batch.
🤓 Tip: In this scenario, make sure you have ALL the batch statuses displaying so you can see the batches that are numbered with a higher batch number than the batches displaying as Not Required status.
