The features of the Single Touch Payroll individual batch screen including:

Opening STP batches
Click anywhere on the batch line in the main Single Touch Payroll batch list screen to open an individual batch

The question mark icon next to the Batch Payments (W1 Pre-fill amount) opens up a breakdown of the batch totals.
The Sign and Submit screen
Enter your Name in the Declaration field.
Tick the box.
Click the Submit to ATO button. The batch status will change to ATO Pending.

Mark batch as not required option: You would mark a batch as not required if:
You had restored data and had a duplicate batch number as a result and one of the duplicates needed to be discarded.
You can also use this feature if you need to manipulate batches in the list where older batches had not been submitted due to errors etc.
Re-instate batch option: You can re-instate a batch marked as not required if you need to. You will only see this option if the batch has been marked as not required.
Finalisation: You can use this option to finalise a batch. See: Finalise a batch in Single Touch Payroll.
The Refresh Batch button
The refresh batch button will only display on the most recent batch. You can use this button to bring in the latest information and figures from Attaché Payroll Desktop. Click Refresh Batch, Run Update.
The Batch Submissions button
If a batch has been submitted but then has been refreshed with new information, you can re-submit the batch to the ATO (it will show as ready to submit status). After you re-submit you will see at the top left of the batch screen the Submission button will appear, and you can click it to view the number of submissions for this batch. You can select each submission to see what was submitted at that time. the batch details will change to be the related submission date and batch totals etc. for each batch submission. Note: you will only see the Submissions button if there is more than one submission of the batch.
Employee list and Search employee details feature
The list of employees displays at the bottom of the batch screen and displays the number of employees included in the batch. You can use the search employee details field using the Location, Employee code, Employee Name or Pay Point to filter for employee details.
Click on the employee's name link to open up the details for each employee related to this batch. You can view the Income Statement tab and the Personal Details tab. You have the option to finalise the employee from the Personal Details tab.
