Print a specific copy or all copies of a document

If you have set up more than one Copy of a Customer Document in Attaché e.g.: Customer Copy; Office Copy; Courier Copy; etc. then you can either print out a selected copy or all copies at the same time.

To specify a copy of a document to print such as Copy 1 or Copy 2 of, for example, a Picking Slip do the following:

  1. Go to Customers, Reports, Documents, Picking slips, Output Tab.

  2. In Copy select the copy you want to print from the dropdown list eg: Copy 2.

To print all Copies of a document you want to print, for example, all copies a Picking Slip:

  1. Go to Customers, Reports, Documents, Picking slips, Output Tab.

  2. In Copy select All Copies from the dropdown list.

If only your first copy prints, then your document's properties have not been set correctly, to fix this:

  1. Go to the Forms Designer menu for the form you want to print, for example, for a Picking Slip go to Setups, Customers, Forms Designer, Picking Slip.

  2. Select the form template you are trying to print and click Ok.

  3. Without selecting a control on the form, click the Page Setup button, the fourth from the left.

  4. In the lower right portion of the Page Setup window, ensure that the Number of copies is set to the number of copies your form represents (2 or more).

  5. Click Ok.

  6. Click the Save button.

  7. Exit Form Designer using the Close button and try to print again.
