How to find the superannuation fund attached to an employee

To find what superannuation fund an employee is using, you can use the List Wizard feature from the Employee Super/Other Accounts menu.

To do this:

  1. Go to Payroll, Masterfiles, Super/Other Accounts, Enquire.

  2. From the Details tab, click in the Account Code field.

  3. On the keyboard, select F2 then F11 to open the List Wizard.

  4. In the List Wizard - Employee OtherAccounts window that appears, click Show Default Columns to make sure the default columns are displayed. The superannuation code displays as institutioncode in the table.

  5. When you hover over the column header, the Funnel icon in the top left of the field appears. You can use this to filter for values.

  6. Select Print All to use further print and export features. If you don't find a value, it means that a superfund is not applied to any Employee Super/Other Account code.
