The Digital Assistant can only answer questions that relate to Attaché Software such as Attaché Online/MyPay/Single Touch Payroll, Attaché Accounts, Attaché Payroll, Attaché Express Leave, System wide Attaché questions and issues and Attaché technical questions and errors.
The Attaché Digital Assistant CANNOT answer questions based on your company's internal software or internal HR/Induction and ongoing information or systems that are not Attaché. This would include:
Enquiries on your own information: i.e. your personal tax file numbers and personal information. You would need to speak to your payroll officer to update or confirm this type of information, although you may be able to obtain some personal information from your pay slips/advices from within Attaché MyPay or MyPay on Evo.
Shift and roster information: Accessing your work shifts. Attaché does NOT have a shift management system. You would need to contact your manager for this information.
Job or work training information: Attaché does not keep this information, and you should be obtaining this from your manager or HR/Induction contact.
Work Contracts and starting/induction documents: Again, refer questions on this to your manager or HR/Induction contact.
