In the Express Leave calendar all employees leave is visible to those that have access to it. Access to the leave calendar is determined by the User Types that have been set in Express Leave and is hierarchical.
For example, if you select Employee (Non-Approver), then the calendar is visible to Employee (Non-Approver) users as well as those above that level — Employee (Approver) and HR Manager. This is in addition to Administrator users, who have access to all Express Leave and Timesheet menus.
To set the Leave Calendar Access Level
Log in to Express Leave as Administrator.
Choose Company Details from the Company Admin menu.
Select the required user level from the Leave Calendar access level drop-down box
Administrator.
HR Manager.
Employee (Approver).
Employee (Non-Approver)
Non-Employee.
Select Update Company Details button to save your changes. The leave calendar will then be available to be viewed by the selected user level and above.
