Attaché Accounts: Change a customers status from Inactive to Active

If you wish to change the status of Customer from Inactive to Active, please follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Customers, Masterfiles, Customers, Maintain.

  2. Click Search(F2) and then ShowInactiv(F7).

  3. Select Customer Code and Untick 'Inactive' box.

  4. Click Accept (F9) and again Accept (F9).
