Check the following:
Ensure the file is in the correct location.
Image files need to be saved in the [Resources folder]\[Company Resource folder]\Images\[module name] (Customer, Supplier, Product, Employee)\[location - if applicable], so for example:
No location: C:\Apps\Attache\Resources\Current\Images\Customer
To locate the resources folder, check Tools, Company, System, System Status, the Company Resource folder name can be anything so this should be checked.
With a location: C:\Apps\Attache\Resources\Current\Images\Product\SYD, where SYD is the location code for the product.
The image file must have a name that is the same as the Masterfile code. Watch for any leading or trailing characters in the product code.
The image file format must be jpg
Attaché also requires the AttWebBrowserControl.ocx to be registered on the computer. To register the component:
Run command prompt as administrator.
Change to SysWow64 directory assuming you are running a 64-bit windows by typing: CD c:\Windows\SysWow64.
Register the component by typing: regsvr32 AttWebBrowserControl.ocx.
