To reduce the size of the user tracking file, do the following:
Go to Tools, Company, Delete Track Changes Files, Delete Track Users File.
Enter the Date you want to delete records up to, eg 30/06/2022.
Once completed get all users to exit Attache.
Go to Tools, Data Checks, Compress Data and select User Tracking file.
Then do Tools, Data Checks, Index File Optmiser and select User Tracking file.
Once completed users can log back into Attache.
📌In extreme cases the user tracking file can be manually deleted from the database folder. In this instance please raise a new case and reference the title of this article.
