You are receiving this error because your email address has already been registered in MyPay.
To access your account again, on the login screen click the Reset Password button. The system will send a 'Reset Password' email to the registered email address. Enter new password details and then you will be redirected to the MyPay login page again where you can login using your new password credentials.
