The order in which the batches appear in Attache Online on the STP screen is determined by the company database name primarily first then the date on the batch.
In a scenario where a different company database has been connected to the Cloud Connector than was previously used the name of the company will order the batches received. For example, a company named ABC company that was disconnected from the Cloud Connector and a new company called DEF company was then connected. The batches would appear for the new company after the original company batches, regardless of the date on the batches.
This may occasionally happen when a company with a year is being used incorrectly instead of a company with no year on it. Please refer to our notes on the end of year procedures to ensure this does not happen.
