Attaché Payroll: Enter a different rate of pay on a timesheet

In a timesheet, the Other Rate line type will cater for different rates of pay that need to be entered for an employees pay.

  1. Go to the Process Payroll Workflow and Create/Modify a Timesheet.

  2. Select the Employee code.

  3. Choose the correct Function for this pay.

  4. Make other selections as needed. Accept.

  5. Highlight a line on the timesheet and select to Insert a line.

  6. Choose the O = Other Rate Line Type and the Code needed.

  7. This then gives the option to enter the Hours and Rate needed.
