There are a few reasons why emails wont be received from Attache Online for MyPay or Onboarding:
The email address entered is incorrect.
The email has gone into the Junk/Spam folder.
The email provider has blocked the mail from @attacheonline.com.
How can this be fixed?
Check the email address is correct in the Attache Masterfile or other source documentation.
Check that the emails have not gone to your junk mail folder in your email program.
Whitelist attacheonline.com domain or add it as a safe sender to your mail server. You may need to google this or ask your IT support for assistance.
