Attaché Payroll: Employees invited to Onboarding via Attaché Online are not getting the emails

There are a few reasons why emails wont be received from Attache Online for MyPay or Onboarding:

  • The email address entered is incorrect.

  • The email has gone into the Junk/Spam folder.

  • The email provider has blocked the mail from @attacheonline.com.

How can this be fixed?

  • Check the email address is correct in the Attache Masterfile or other source documentation.

  • Check that the emails have not gone to your junk mail folder in your email program.

  • Whitelist attacheonline.com domain or add it as a safe sender to your mail server. You may need to google this or ask your IT support for assistance.
