Attaché: Error: Could not load report template file DevXReports\[report file name].repx. Stream is corrupted

The new reports in Attaché are created from report files called repx files. When you select to run a report, Attaché looks for the repx file in the [Program folder]\DevXReports directory. If that repx file is missing or corrupted this error will result.
