To access your hosted Attaché through a compatible web browser:
In your browser, go to https://attache.theaccessgroup.com.au/RDWeb.
Log in via the RD Web Access Portal with the credentials supplied in your onboarding email, for example:
Username: Attache\999888.John.Doe
Password: SomePassword1234
Once logged in, the published applications are available to be launched from the web portal.
To launch Attaché, click the Attaché application icon. The application client file to run will download.
The browser may automatically open the file. If not, click the file in the download section of the browser to launch.
A RemoteApp prompt will appear asking if you trust the publisher of the program. Click "Don't ask me again for remote connections from this publisher" and then click the Connect button.
Attaché will now launch. The Attaché icon with an additional small remote application icon is now displayed on your desktop.
