The Leave Liability Journals Report displays a report of leave liability and enables you to estimate leave liability at a particular date, optionally update the General Ledger interface file with liability journals and reset the estimated leave accruals. Once the General Ledger journals are created, they become available in the General Ledger Posting List report and are ready to post to General Ledger.
The Leave Liability report will report on and create journals based on the cost Centre set on the Employee Masterfile from Payroll, Masterfiles, Employee Details, Enquire, Pay Details tab.
You can view the Leave Liability accounts for cost centres from Setups, Company Setups, Cost Centres, Maintain. Select the Cost Centre code and then go to the Leave Liability Accounts tab.
